A skill set called leadership

Leadership = 'The action of leading a group of people or an organization'

Some people believe they were born to be leaders, and some thing they can never be leaders. I disagree..

Anyone can be a leader! All you have to do is believe in who YOU are. When you discover that little secret, discover what YOU are good at and follow YOUR dreams then all you can be is an influence to others with the same passion.
