This is just another way of saying "practice what you preach". I have been told to do this endless times and still it's easier to talk a lot than to follow my own advice! :)
The beauty of getting older is that life starts to make more sense! It's like a 3000 piece puzzle - In the beginning you start planning, separating the pieces into different colours and shapes with heaps of chaotic pieces that you have to sort out before you can move onto the next. Every person does it differently and eventually you start building your 'puzzle'. It seems like an impossible task in the beginning but as time goes by, the pieces start slotting in easier and the puzzle becomes easier. In the end, we all end up with the same picture, the same fate.
The only way to complete the puzzle is if you practice how to distinguish the pieces little by little and focus on how best to build it. If you talk a lot your focus will be broken and the puzzle will end up being more difficult to build.
Life is an adventure, live it, love it, cherish it, learn from it and most of all, take your time learning about it and most of all --> just enjoy it !
