I know that social media has revolutionised the way we communicate, but I never though that talking would be 10th on the list....
Having studied Public Relations Management for five years, I was taught that communicating face-to-face should be the primary way of communicating. The personal factor is important and it's almost guaranteed that misunderstandings won't happen. It's an opportunity to get to know people and ask questions, resolve problems and study behaviour.
I found this infographic on OnlyInfographic.com and it states that Twitter is the No 1 level of intimate communication in todays world.
I don't have proof of where these statistics came from, but if it is true, its a scary realisation...
