Two people came out of a building and into a story

Two people came out of a building and into a story --->

It all started when a couple got on a train at Cape Town station and took a 45 min trip to Simon's Town. On arrival, they decided to take a 2.5km walk to stop off at the Tibetan Tea House close to Boulder's Beach. This place was magical and offered 'kind food for body and soul'. They both had a pot of homemade Chai Tea that was served in wooden cups. They spent an hour soaking up the art displayed in the SOPHEA gallery, listening to tranquil music and relaxing.

Next up was lunch at Bertha's Restaurant on the edge of False bay on the Town pier where they both enjoyed a tasteful seafood meal. Craving desert, they popped into JB's Ice Cream Parlour across the road from Bertha's to enjoy a Sugar cone filled with two decadent flavours of ice cream with a flake. YUM!

They felt that visiting Simon's Town would not be the same without visiting the most important place of all, the main attraction in Simon's Town --> the South African Naval Museum. Here they experienced Ship and Submarine models, life-sized Submarine's Operations & Control rooms, Naval guns, Torpedo's, uniforms, and other exciting exhibits.

After an eventful day, they took the 45min trip back to Cape Town at 5pm --> Peak 'traffic' time! To pass the time they tested each other knowledge by asking questions out of the Simon's Town Tourism booklet. As they arrived at the Cape Town station, they felt satisfied, tired and ready to call it a day!

    1. I've been in Simon's Town before but only drove through to go to Boulder's Beach. I never actually walked through the Town and checked out the places! It's the most relaxing and tranquil place, especially the Tibetan Tea House. A MUST visit! :)
