Nothing is more dangerous than an ide, when you only have one.

An idea is a thought or concept that is formed and needs a course of action. An idea is what encourages change. Ideas are brilliant! Technology was an idea. Larry Page and Sergey Brin came up with an idea in college to create a search engine after the World Wide Web idea started catching on. Their idea was to organise all the information that more and more people were adding online and to organise it for easy reading. This lead to the launch of an idea called Google, the biggest search engine in the world.  If you haven't read 'The Google Story', I suggest you go out and get it.
But "nothing is more dangerous than an idea, when you only have one idea." Alan.

Jerry Yang and David Filo took the idea and designed another search engine called Yahoo. They designed products and features similar to Google and both companies have been flourishing and competing ever since.

Having one idea is great, but it can be dangerous when it is launched in the public because once it's public, anyone can take the idea, tweak it and design something better. The best course of action to take when you design an idea, is to think long term, to follow current trends and to constantly develop and study the world around is. With that mindset, an well thought out idea will always be ahead of another similar idea from a competitor.

Moral of the story, shortly put, is design an idea. develop it long-term, build relationships with the right people, time manage and strive to make the world better.

An idea is dangerous when you only have one.
