Gratitude

Sometimes I wonder if my life is a bit more hectic than other peoples. But then I typed it out and realised life is a lot worse for others.

In fact, Kyle, Natasha and I had this conversation the other day in the car. It was a "Life could be worse" conversation where we made up scenarios that could be happening somewhere in the world, right now with someone totally inexpectedly. Yes.. I'll give you a second to imagine but then come back here.

My boss sent me an article and the one sentence that stands out for me is:

"Showing gratitude for the good things you have is the most powerful happiness boosting activity there is."

So honestly, no matter where you are, what you are doing, life could be worse.
